3 speed Transmission Fill Plug Location and oil capacity

 

Early Models had both the fill and the drain plugs, located on passenger side. Late 1942 both plugs were moved to the drivers side. Both of the early and late 42 cases had 3/4 quart capacity. Late 1944 oil capacity was increased to 1 quart with "H" marked case. All transfer cases had a capacity of 1 1/2 quarts.
